Video AskME Theory Success Video AskME Theory Success Video: AskME Theory = Success The ASME FutureME Video Contest first Place Winner (2015), Irene Garcia shares her viewpoint on What I Wish Id Known about Engineering When I Entered the Workforce. Irene discusses the AskME hypothesis that portrays the fundamental ability to be effective in the work environment and to arrive at ones most elevated potential. Irene Garcia is a Mechanical and Materials Engineer, working in REPSOL since 1998. She has 15+ long stretches of configuration involvement with pressure vessel and funneling. She is an expert in manufacture and quality control of weight vessels. Her mastery with the determinations and codes and the use of investigation methods increase the value of the execution of new ventures in REPSOL. Since 2007, she went to ASME PVP Conferences, where she was a functioning part in ASME PVP Materials and Fabrication Committee for a long time. From 2012, she goes to ASME Code Weeks, and she has as of late become a Member of the Resource Development Group (BPV VIII). She has created and co-composed a few specialized papers in ASME and CESOL (Spanish Welding Association). She shows designing courses at REPSOL and CESOL.
